I am Serge Sendji Augustin, a licensed Florida insurance agent (FL License G231352, NPN 21565385), based in Ocoee, Florida. I am a single broker. I have no team, no staff, and no call center.
I Do Not Cold Call
I do not make cold calls. I do not buy phone lists. I do not call people who have not asked to hear from me. The only outbound calls or texts I ever make are to follow up with someone who contacted me first — through this website's quote form or by calling me directly — and only about their request.
How to Ask Me Not to Contact You
If I have contacted you and you want no further contact, tell me any of these ways and I will stop:
- Call me at (407) 434-9297 and say so.
- Email me at [email protected] with "do not contact" in the subject.
- Reply STOP to any text message from me.
- Say it on a call — "don't call me," "take me off your list," or anything like it. I will honor it on the spot.
What Happens Next
Your number goes on my do-not-call list immediately. I will not call or text you again about sales unless you later ask me to. A number stays on the list for 5 years.
Consent
If you check the consent box on my quote form, you agree I may call or text you about your request. The box is never pre-checked and never required to get a quote. You can take back that consent any time using the methods above.
Calling Hours
On the rare occasion I return a call, it will be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time. Every call starts with my name.
