How to Use This Page
Florida is a great state for senior discounts. Many businesses offer them but do not advertise. The magic words are: "Do you have a senior discount?" Ask everywhere — the worst they say is no.
Most senior discounts start at age 55 or 60. Some start at 50. Bring your ID. They may ask to see it.

Property Tax Help (Big One)

Apply at your county property appraiser office. Many seniors miss this. It is free money. This is general information, not tax advice.

The Golden Rule
Always ask. "Do you offer a senior discount?" takes five seconds. The savings add up to hundreds of dollars a year. And if a discount is not listed here, it may still exist — businesses add and drop them all the time.
